Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of Blossom Engine (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
The Service
Blossom Engine helps teams turn one piece of company news into a personal LinkedIn draft for each teammate. Drafts are suggestions only — nothing is posted to anyone's account without that person reviewing and approving it.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is a workplace tool intended for people aged 16 and over.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to publish content from a person's account without their review and approval.
- Do not post content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that violates LinkedIn's terms.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You and your organization own the content you provide and the approved posts you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process that content to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate drafts). We claim no ownership of your content.
AI-generated content
Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or claims your source did not support — that is exactly why the Service requires a human to review and approve every post. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish. Our guardrails (approved-facts whitelist, banned-claim detection) reduce risk but do not guarantee accuracy or compliance.
Plans, trials, and billing
During the private preview, plans and trials are arranged directly with us; there is no self-serve checkout. Plan limits (such as seats and daily generations) apply to your account. We will give reasonable notice of any pricing that applies before charging you.
Preview status
The Service is offered as a private preview and is provided as-is. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed during this period. We may contact design-partner accounts for feedback.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Engine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, during a free preview, GBP 100).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue there.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
